This restaurant is very close to the lighthouse, just a few minutes' walk. Galle is usually the end of the Sri Lanka trip. The decoration is OK, with a Mediterranean style. The boss is from Guizhou. The dishes all have chili, so the dishes are very suitable for our appetite. 4 adults and 1 child, ordered 6 dishes and 5 drinks, and the total cost was about 11,000. It's not cheap. But it's equivalent to eating foreign food in China. Finally, I have to say that the taste is really good.

The medium-rare steak was a little tough on the edges but just tender and juicy in the middle, better than many beef dishes in Lanka that tasted like beef jerky; the pizza was a bit disappointing, it was small but you could tell as soon as you tasted the crust that this was not a pizza shop that was just filling up the numbers; the coffee tasted very average, probably because of the beans; the store has some unique designs that emphasize individuality, which adds a sense of romance to the meal.

Time will pass very slowly in Galle. The Galle Fort was built by the Portuguese and then reinforced by the Dutch. This old city combines the traditional European and South Asian architectural styles. It is said to be the most expensive place in Sri Lanka. The fort is very close to the train station and bus station. If you live in or around the fort, you can walk or rent a small electric car to play in Galle. There are many cafes in the fort. I recommend a bar called Ropewalk. There are many new cocktails. You can try it! There are two spas in Galle, Ceylon, one near the exit and one in the old city. The one in the old city has a spa, which needs to be booked in advance. Both of them have discounts. If you buy more than 30,000 rupees and buy one of their promoted products, you can get a small gift package. There are 6 small samples in the package. The branch in Colombo does not have this discount! To see the high-pitched fisherman, it is in the town of Katugoda, about 20 minutes by car. But don't wait until the sunset to go, people will also finish work and go home. It's better to go early to take pictures. But they will only go up if the price is agreed upon, otherwise it will just be an empty rod. It's one price to take a picture of the fisherman, and another price to go up by yourself. Finally, I have to recommend a restaurant. I personally think it's much better than Dutch trails in Negombo, black&white! It's on a beach about 15 minutes' drive from the ancient city. There are also a lot of tourists there. The restaurants here are all on the beach, and you can experience playing with sand while eating. It's very comfortable to sit there at night, and you can see the stars when you look up. The seafood here is very fresh, the seasoning is also good, and the cocktails are also strong. It seems that there was a local event on the day we went, and there were many locals. We went to join in the fun, but we didn't expect to be stuck on the street and it was difficult to get out... Lesson: Don't join in the fun when there are many people, and return home the same way! You can take the seaside train from Galle to Colombo. It takes about 2-2.5 hours, not too long.

Anantara Peace Haven Tangalle Resort is located on the secluded beach of Tangalle, Sri Lanka, next to a lush coconut plantation. The resort combines primitive ecology with modernity. Lizards lazily climb on the trees, squirrels and seagulls come to ask for food. The environment is beautiful and quiet, like a corner of heaven. Rooms Each sea view room or garden view room has a balcony or terrace. I booked a supreme sea view room, which costs more than RMB 1,600 per night, which is quite luxurious in Sri Lanka. The room is fully equipped, and the welcome cake and the general manager's handwritten greeting card are already placed on the table. There is a separate shower room, a bathtub and Themae bathroom products. Dining The resort is equipped with 6 dining venues, including a seaside restaurant with Sri Lankan-style teppanyaki (BBQ on a private beach) and an Italian specialty restaurant (romantic candlelight dinner on the cliff). Swimming pool The outdoor swimming pool is a three-tiered infinity pool with lounge chairs in the water on the first floor. There are almost no people in the entire swimming pool. The water is not deep, it is a paradise for children, just lie on the lounge chair in the water and watch. In addition, the villa has a private small swimming pool, but the price is too high. Beach The private beach here faces the Indian Ocean. There is almost no one except our family. Lying on the beach, looking at the blue sky, listening to the sound of the waves, you can immediately enter a meditative state. It is really suitable for thinking about problems here. Activities Spice Spoons Sri Lankan cooking classes are held here, and guests can participate. There is an Anantara Spa Center, which provides Ayurvedic massage and reflexology treatment rooms, where you can relax your body, essential oil massage and hydrotherapy. There are children and youth clubs, where you can leave your children here and go surfing by yourself, but it is best for your children to know English. Check-in experience This resort has no tour groups staying. It is mainly European guests, and there are almost no Chinese people. In fact, Chinese people rarely come to Tangalle. As soon as we entered the lobby, three Sri Lankan singers began to play drums and sing to welcome us. The waiter guided us to sit down and then helped us to check in. At this time, welcome juice was also delivered. It was in a cup made of coconut shells and filled with coconut juice. The wet towel was soaked with local herbs. After wiping my face, I felt clear-headed and clear-eyed. Everything seemed exquisite, solemn and noble, and lived up to our expectations. After completing the formalities, the waiter guided us to the room and introduced all the facilities in the room. In the evening, we enjoyed a family candlelight dinner in the reserved Italian restaurant, listening to the waves hitting the rock wall and looking up at the Milky Way above our heads. It was so refreshing. It can be said that this hotel has no disadvantages except that it is a bit expensive.

Staying at the Mirissa beach, I went out early in the morning, walked to the beach, and played games with the sun and the waves. I saw a man who was fishing in the morning, and played the old man and the sea! Many foreigners were running in the morning light, but we could only kick the water, and I could only leave a long string of footprints. ⛰【Attractions Guide】 🚗Specific address: MIRISSA SOUTH ISunanda Road, Mattala, Southern Province, Sri Lanka 💰Ticket price: Just book a hotel. If you want to participate in marine projects, you need to pay for it yourself. 🌟Highlights: 1. Eating seafood: Sri Lanka has relatively low prices, and buying seafood is very cheap. Crabs and lobsters are very good. 2. Watching the sea: There are many fun things on the beach, you can play to your heart's content. 3. Whale watching: There are boats going out to sea to watch whales in the morning, and the beautiful little creatures in the ocean are good. 📌Tips: 1. Morning light is a good way to take photos at the beach. Go out early to have less people and have fun. 2. You need to make a reservation one day in advance for whale watching. Tell the hotel owner. 3. You can also fish at sea🎣, but it is nothing compared to the locals.

Galle, this place name always reminds me of the Caribbean Sea This ancient city on the Indian Ocean In terms of beauty, it is no less than the Caribbean Sea With a history of more than 2,500 years, Galle was the most important trade center in the world during the colonial period It integrates Eastern and Western cultures and aesthetics, presenting a strong "mixed" temperament Literary and gentle And the storms in the rainy season on the southwest coast add a bit of wildness to it 🚌Take a bus from Tissa to Matara, and arrive in Galle after 3 hours of wandering On the car running along the Indian Ocean, I passed by the most beautiful scenery in the world The happy faces of the young men in white Sometimes it was cloudy, sometimes Under the clear sky, the waves of the Indian Ocean crashed against the shore. The dilapidated houses and the luxurious resort hotels stood side by side, and the visual effect was very impactful. 🕶️After arriving in Galle in the afternoon, I was reluctant to stay in the B&B for one more minute. I hurried out to experience the unique charm of the ancient city of world cultural heritage. The style of Galle is also the slow and leisurely style of Southeast Asian countries. But it is more delicate than Saigon, brighter than Chiang Mai, and wilder than Bali. I have seen the shabby streets of Lanka for many days. This ancient city is very eye-catching. There are surprises in every alley, as if I were in Europe, full of affection, beautiful and elegant. 🛕The seaside is another style. The ancient city wall by the Indian Ocean Battery, Flag Rock, Fortress, Church After a century of colonial artillery fire and changes in the times, it stands tall When the crowds of tourists were enjoying the beautiful scenery with great interest Instantly, they felt the vicissitudes of life and the changing of the world Watching the sky above the sea change from blue to dark gray Large black clouds wrapped in rain slowly moved, and they hadn't recovered yet The heavy rain came in an instant, and we quickly ran to a church to take shelter Because we couldn't enter the church in shorts Then we stood at the door and saw the power of nature ⛈️The violent storm from the Indian Ocean raged for more than 20 minutes After it calmed down, we continued to visit the ancient city to find a restaurant for dinner When we just sat down on the second-floor terrace of the seaside restaurant Ready to enjoy the Indian Ocean under the night sky The violent storm hit again This night is too unforgettable After the baptism of strong winds and waves, looking forward to good luck There are many beautiful homestays, luxury hotels and restaurants in the ancient city, some are affordable and some are fine dinning Most of them are renovated from century-old houses, simple and luxurious, with a full sense of design Galle has become another holiday destination in my mind that can replace Chiang Mai I must come again and spend 10 days here 🤍 ✔️Pedlar’s inn café A shop on the ancient city street, a combination of restaurant and jewelry store, with a good artistic atmosphere ✔️Pedlar’s Corner Café The second-floor terrace overlooks the Indian Ocean, and the view is great #Good place for outbound travel #Recommended niche free check-in places

There are few tourists in Sri Lanka after the special situation, but eating Chinese food in a foreign country warmed my Chinese stomach. The rice was soft and delicious. It was Chinese rice. I ate a big bowl of it. The boss was hospitable and the local waiters were particularly polite.
